I'm simply commenting on the dinner. My husband and I were in town for a little show in a place next to Old Inn. We arrived early for the show and decided to try to pop in for a drink. Although they were closed, the manager Austin still got us a glass of wine to sit on he porch. We then decided to have dinner there and see if they had reservations available. They did and we went to our show. After the show, we arrived back and Austin sat us at the cutest table in a very special room. Candlelight heaven in old rustic feel. Just incredible. But, the experience to follow was simply amazing. I can't even describe it, you just have to experience it yourself. Thank you to Kelsie as well. We live far but will return for this!

We had a wonderful and romantic meal here, we're still talking about the duck! Austin was very helpful and kind and helped us choose a lovely bottle of wine to accompany our dinner. Highly recommended for special occasions.

This is a review for the restaurant (I did not stay at the hotel). Today I was heartbroken to find out The Stagecoach Tavern permanently closed a couple of months ago ... but when life closes a door, it sometimes open a window ... and that window is The Old Inn on the Green! This place has a lot of that old New England charm while rocking the food and service part (something Stagecoach lost over the last few years). If it's just you or you + 1, I highly recommend the bar. Jesse (who will hopefully be there when you visit) is an amazing bartender (makes the best Boulevardier I've ever had) and just great human being all around. The food is spectacular and everything I had tasted perfect. Granted, the kitchen goes easy on the salt (perhaps you can tell them to let loose when you order) due to the archaic clientele. Still, the textures were perfect and the flavors were quite strong, despite the low sodium content. This kitchen knows what it's doing. I'm so happy I "discovered" this place. Getting there is a lot like getting to the old Stagecoach ... just a beautiful scenic drive, eerily enchanting at night. Perfect New England getaway,

What an experience! If you have something to celebrate, this is the place! We made a 5:30 reservation and it was the perfect time. We got to enjoy the quiet of the night starting with the sun still shining through the windows to more people coming in and the sun setting, fully creating the ambiance this place is know for. Kelsea was our server and she did a FANTASTIC job of making us feel comfortable and spoiling us with a luxurious experience. The food was wonderful and so unique. Tbh, I'm still dreaming of the cheese filled fig. We were not disappointed in our time here. HIGHLY recommend! P.S. it is $95 (website says $85) and for 2 people with a drink each and 2 surcharges, it cost us $233. Worth it!

Food and service are excellent. You just have to recognize that, with one cocktail and a bottle of wine, it's about $200,per person. Note that on the wine list the bin number is to the left and the price to the right, not vice versa.

This is hands-down, my favorite restaurant the Berkshires! The food is always great love their tasting menu! Whether it’s a night out for a celebration or just a casual Wednesday it’s always a vibe! The candles, the local farm table selection, the hospitality-10 out of 10 every time! I say that’s pretty hard to always be that consistent but the old on the green definitely achieve that! Been coming here for 10+years can’t recommend enough !

Classic New England Inn for the rural country side in the Berkshires. Excellent food. You can also pay for a three course meal for a certain price. The proportions are not monstrous. The service is excellent. The attire is casual for dining. Outdoor dining in the summer.
